Real Food Challenge Program Coordinator
We are looking for a Real Food Challenge program coordinator to support the Real Food Campus Commitment and the Real Food Calculator as we enter into 2020. This position will be housed under Real Food Challenge.
The Program Coordinator (Coordinator) will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of the Real Food Campus Commitment as we enter into the signature year of 2020. The Coordinator will support the Real Food Calculator and lead this exciting and successful project to celebrate the culmination of the national campaign for 20% Real Food by 2020. This role may also contribute to driving and participating in planning the future of other Real Food Challenge programs, working with Real Food Generation staff, student leaders, and the RFG board.
We are a national organization and our staff work in various locations across the country including Boston, New York City, St. Louis, Atlanta, San Francisco and Seattle. For this position, Boston is preferred, but other locations are possible.
Salary Range and Benefits
The hiring range for this position is $33,000 - $41,000, based on work location and experience related to the position. TSNE/RFG provides a generous benefits package. Reimbursements are provided for travel and pre-approved expenses.

Real meals campaign coordinator
We are seeking someone with experience in corporate campaigning and coalition management to coordinate the campaign and help develop strategy, with possible additional responsibilities in communications strategy, corporate negotiations and fundraising. This position will be housed at the HEAL Food Alliance.

The Community Coalition for Real Meals is a broad and diverse coalition of producers, workers, advocates, organizers, and students taking bold action to change the food and farming system. Our Real Meals Campaign on Aramark, Sodexo and Compass Group will move the industry from exclusive deals with Big Food corporations toward real food purchasing that supports producers, communities, consumers and the Earth.

HEAL was co-founded by the Food Chain Workers Alliance, the National Black Food and Justice Alliance, Real Food Generation, and Union of Concerned Scientists to build power for food and farm systems that are healthy for our families, accessible and affordable for all communities, and fair to the hard-working people who grow, distribute, prepare, and serve our food - while protecting the air, water, and land we all depend on.
This position is 70-100% FTE, depending on candidate’s skills/experience. This is a non-exempt hourly position with annual gross pay of $55-60K (@100% FTE).
Ideal candidates will be in the DC area, Boston, or the San Francisco Bay Area. Working remotely is possible.
